Data controller
SIGMABIT d.o.o. is the data controller responsible for the personal data described here. We are a software engineering company with offices in Zenica and Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and remote-first teams based in Europe. Our company registration number is available on request. What we collect
We only collect what you choose to share. If you email us or use a contact link, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How we use it, and our legal bases
We use the information you send solely to respond to your enquiry, scope potential work, and stay in touch about it. Under the GDPR we rely on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) in responding to enquiries and running our business, and, where you are asking us to take steps towards an engagement, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b)).
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or third-party tracking. Nothing on this site profiles you or follows you across other sites.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you send only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then delete it, unless we are required to keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons.
International transfers
We are based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is a third country under the GDPR. Where we process personal data originating in the EU/EEA or the UK, we do so under appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where relevant). We can accommodate EU/EEA data-residency requirements on request.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@sigmabit.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in the EU/EEA or UK country where you live or work.
